It doesn’t matter how hard you try. There is only one way to create the reality you want…
And it is inside of you.
True change isn’t about trying harder, it’s about aligning deeper.
From there, clarity and possibility open in ways you could never force.
This is the core truth that has transformed me and my clients.
It’s what has moved us from self-doubt and stagnation into becoming the joyful, conscious architects of our reality.
My journey has been the quintessential example of how life always nudges (and sometimes shoves!) us towards greater alignment; no matter how much we resist.
So that we can rediscover joy and create the world we believe in…
But, only if we are willing to transform.
And trust me, it’s been quite a ride so far…
Like many of us,
I’ve faced financial crises with toddlers on my hip;
Moved countries more than once;
Made brave career leaps even when things looked “successful” but felt wrong;
and stood steady through actual earthquakes. (Well, this one might not be that common ;))
But, every time, once I found my way through the fear or confusion—and met myself with compassion…
The outcome was more extraordinary than I could ever have planned.
Today, I help heart-centered change-makers and innovators gain clarity and sovereignty …
In an increasingly unpredictable world.
These are powerful warriors who hear a call to something more aligned with their heart’s desires, but are held back by a very real, practical fear:
What if I fail?
My work helps you transform that fear from a roadblock into a compass, showing you exactly where your growth lies.
It's about building a sovereign foundation through alignment, so you can answer your call, not by eliminating all doubt, but by developing the capacity to move forward with trust and confidence.
I’ve helped my clients:
Build deep, reliable self-trust to guide their choices.
Navigate the tension between practical security and soulful fulfilment, finding a path that honours both.
Access a resilient inner system that holds them safely through uncertainty.
Activate true courage to remain loyal to themselves, even when it feels vulnerable or scary.
Navigate daily work and life challenges from a place of calm, clarity, and heightened emotional intelligence.
Translate their heart's desires into tangible, sustainable action.
Access more joy, prosperity, well-being and a true sense of purpose.
And these are some of their results:
Hello! I am Marta
Transformation Mentor & Coach, Professional Change Maker, Mum of 2, and Whale & Dolphins lover.
For the last 7 years, and after nearly two decades trying to "change the world" professionally (as a lawyer, advocacy officer, and project manager), I've supported 100+ change-makers, entrepreneurs, mothers, and professionals walk through the very self-doubt, challenges, and life/career transitions you might be facing now.
The greatest transformation I witness is always the same: the moment they stop seeing their challenges as threats and start recognising them as the exact initiations needed to align with who they really are and what truly matters to them.
This unlocks their true power and their unique path to joy, which, in return, turns them into ‘little’ miracle machines.
This is the shift that leads to bolder impact, more courageous decisions, and a fulfillment that fuels their contribution, not only to their families, but to the world.
Here is the truth I've learned, both for myself and with my clients:
Your outer world—your impact, your career, your well-being—cannot sustainably exceed the boundaries of your inner world.
The courage of your actions will always be limited by the depth of your self-trust.
And here’s what I know for sure:
It doesn’t matter how hard you try. There is only one way to create the reality you want and to access the power that resides in you…
And that’s to align with your truth and your own sovereign nature.
This is the Path to Sovereignty …
and it starts HERE.
My Story…
Where Inner Alignment Meets True Change.
My story is a case study in why the true sustainable advantage is internal.
And it truly embodies two guiding quotes: Joseph Campbell’s “Follow your bliss and doors will open where there were only walls,” and Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I have a dream.”
For over two decades, I wore the armour of the high achiever. I was a lawyer for a "Big Five" firm, an advocacy officer for major NGOs, and a project director for a powerful global foundation. I had three master's degrees and even spoke at the UN. I fulfilled the ‘success’ requirements: logic, pressure, and sheer force of will to make your mark on the world.
The truth is, those requirements didn’t deliver on their promise. I saw well-funded campaigns fail to create the deep change they projected. I achieved "success" but felt hollow and misaligned, often teetering on the edge of burnout.
My ‘awakening’ unfolded in three acts:
1. A Glimpse of a Deeper Power.
In my professional role, I began experimenting with intuition and the interconnected quantum field while leading a complex $12M project. To everyone’s surprise—including my own—we saw unexpected breakthroughs where logic and traditional relationship-building had failed.
It was my first proof that a more intelligent, creative force was at play beyond sheer effort.
At the same time, visiting marginalised communities in Bangladesh, I met women, girls and boys who created profound change through inner empowerment and collective unity, with almost no external resources or fancy titles.
This showed me the same power in its purest form. It was humbling and quietly thrilling to realise there was another way.
2. The first big Crack: An eco-village inThailand.
The moment is stuck in my cells: There I was, a former lawyer and successful NGO advocate who had built a career on the force of passion and determination, in my shorts and flip flops, holding a note from an Engaged Buddhist old monk that turned my world upside down. It said:
“Where you put your attention grows. If you attack something, you feed it. Instead, love it. See it with compassion. This dissolves the conflict and reveals the necessary inspired action.”
In a flash, I saw how a decade of me being ‘the stubborn, relentless warrior’ might have been strengthening the very system I thought I was fighting against. That possibility shattered long-held beliefs and patterns about how change happens..
So instead of resisting, I gave it a chance.
What if it were true?
If I wanted to bring meaningful change, maybe my way of working had to change first.
And of course, Life stepped in.
Life has a way of delivering the exact challenge we need, right when we don’t feel ready. She’s cheeky like that—always timing it to perfection. ;)
She pushes us out of the comfort zone and, if we take the chance … while we may gather some scratches and bruises along the way, we also come out wiser, stronger, and more whole.
3. Motherhood …The true Embodied Initiation.
The birth of my first son completed the shift from head to heart. Motherhood stripped away the noise, the overachievement, and the illusion that I had it all figured out.
It forced me to confront what actually matters. It was the purest encounter with love and evolution itself.
An emotional training ground where I had to face fear, vulnerability, and the daily choice to align with my deepest values, over and over again.
Raising my children cemented what life had been whispering all along: that Nature is our most reliable teacher, and that joy and wonder are not luxuries, but keys to both our dreams and our solutions.
It also showed me that our unmet emotional needs will sabotage us and our potential until we learn how to meet them with compassion and wisdom.
So the ‘armoured achiever’ in me had to bow to a new truth:
Mastering our inner world is not a soft skill—it’s the key to building a life and a world that thrives.
And for me, that’s what “following my bliss” has always meant: not chasing a fantasy, but walking through the doors that only open when we live true to ourselves.
My journey to Sovereignty taught me that passion and intellect are essential, but that, without embodied natural and spiritual wisdom and emotional intelligence, we risk not only burnout but also falling short of the change we’re here to make.
9 Things you might not know about me!
I was born the same year George Lucas started filming Star Wars ;).
I was the sixth child of a pioneering entrepreneur. At just 15, she traveled alone from a small rural town in Catalonia to the US, where she met President Eisenhower at the White House—and shook hands with Senator JFK!
For 20 years I lived and worked in several countries (Italy, the US, Belgium, Thailand, Turkey…) and traveled around the world.
One of my most moving experiences was in Côte d’Ivoire, when a 5-year-old boy with HIV told me he wanted to become a doctor when he grew up.
My journey has been full of contrasts: from having breakfast with Bono (U2) in London, to sharing tea with former slaves from Asian plantations, or lunching with the bright children of sex workers in Bangladesh.
In 2001, I left my position at one of the largest law firms in the world to become an import-export intern in Miami—to everyone's horror. I was following my bliss ;).
Eleven years later, I walked away from my role as director of a €12 million project funded by one of the world's most powerful foundations to go learn eco-village and sustainability design… at an ashram in rural Thailand.
Twice, while still at the peak of my career, I slept alone under the stars in the mountains during a Vision Quest. It was there that I received my first plant medicine: Ayahuasca.
In 2012, while meditating in the Indian Ocean, I received the first call from the Whales to build bridges between the human and natural worlds. The second came in 2020 on the shores of the Sea of Marmara (Turkey), which is when I integrated their vibrational healing abilities into my work.
And a final bonus: I used to dream of living in an organic home in nature—and now I'm making it a reality. We’re currently building our dome-shaped home near Barcelona, close to where it all began… my beloved Mediterranean Sea ;).
