Hello! I am Marta Montesó

Mentor and coach for smart women who refuse to compromise on their values or their dreams, and are ready to make a positive impact on the world.

Mother of two boys, a compassion activist, and an avid learner from Nature.

In 2017, after nearly two decades trying to "change the world" from the outside in, as a lawyer and policy advisor in international organisations, I reached a conclusion:

Lasting change, in our lives and in the world, isn't about trying harder or thinking smarter.

It’s about aligning deeper.

As a transformational mentor and fellow change-maker, I've since guided 100+ heart-centered professionals and mothers to make this shift.

The key is to build sovereignty.

And true sovereignty, to me, is that unshakeable inner ground that allows you to navigate any challenge and access levels of clarity and courage that you could never force.

This is how you build the confidence to lead your own life, so you can effectively lead the change you wish to see in the world, in your family, in your work and business, and in your community.
