I am Marta Montesó

In 2017, after nearly two decades trying to "change the world" from the outside in—as a lawyer and policy advisor in international organisations—I had a powerful realisation:

Lasting change, in our lives and in the world, isn't about trying harder or thinking smarter. It’s about aligning deeper.

As a transformational mentor and fellow change-maker, I've since guided 100+ heart-centered professionals and parents to make this shift.

This is the work of building sovereignty—the unshakeable inner ground that allows you to navigate any challenge and access levels of clarity and courage that you could never force.
